Reality Theater – Organizational Theater

Experience-based learning is very effective. Integrating work with the Reality (or “organizational”) Theater enhances the experiential learning processes facilitated both by ‘Tmurot’s’ staff and the actors. The cast are professional and very experienced in the business and organizational world. Integrating reality-theater in the facilitation of change in the organization enhances the emotional element and thus makes it possible for the participants to cope more effectively with organizational issues especially when it is combined with the cognitive and relevant organizational content. It is a highly intensive added value for the participants and the discussions are much more authentic and meaningful.
